After an ongoing problem with my shoulder I visited Imokilly Physio, Colette knew the source of the problem immediately and put a treatment plan in place the same day. I have noticed a huge difference and would highly recommend this clinic. Colette is a fountain knowledge and a pleasure to deal with. After working from home for a few months I noticed my lower back was beginning to sieze up and I was having issues walking properly. I visited the clinic and after the first session of physio I noticed a huge difference. After 3 sessions I was brand new. The stretches I was advised to do myself at home have also made a huge difference. Id highly recommend this clinic. Our family of 6 attend Imokilly Physio, principally Colette,  and have always been extremely happy with our experience there. In particular my 14 year old son is receiving treatment for a chronic knee condition which is responding beautifully and much to the approval of his orthopaedic surgeon. Appointments run promptly and a full history is taken along with a detailed assessment of your injury. Treatment is thorough and fully explained throughout. You're sent a video of your exercises afterwards so there's no fear of forgetting them or doing them incorrectly once you get home. I'm stunned by the 1 star review left previously as it bears no resemblance to anything we've ever experienced over the years at Imokilly Physio nor does it reflect the experience of my many friends who also attend the clinic. Due to ongoing physical issues I have seen many practitioners over the years and I can attest Collette has always been superb when treating me. Further, she has always maintained a first class staff so that I can be confident when treated by anyone there that they will be very competent at their job. In these difficult times they've developed a very efficient system to treat patients and I feel safe visiting. Always been a positive experience to deal with anyone in Imokilly Physio
